Return Policy Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (where available) and full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind or non-defective returns.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover or refund reasonable return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Because most of our products are made to order and custom printed, we generally cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized items
• Made-to-order or custom printed apparel
• Items with custom designs, names, or modifications
Colors, print brightness, and small variations in print placement may occur due to digital printing processes and screen differences; these do not qualify as defects.
Unless:
• The item is defective, damaged, or
• We made an error (wrong design, size, or color)
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have.
After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
